      Job security Good for entry level You will learn good info (IT) if you take on new responsibilities Good Work life balance in entry level/lower level positions.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is average or below Once you are an employee your raises will be very small. Get what you can up front. Difficult to move up/advance. Little to no formal training.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
