Avantages
Traditional aerospace/defense company that you could stay with for your whole career if you wanted to. Stability is a huge pro here. Another thing they stress is work/life balance which is apparent in their 9/80 schedule.
Inconvénients
As the customer's budget shrinks and the demands to keep protecting the nation increases, less jobs are added, room for growth diminishes, and benefits are slowly taken away. Feels like a dying industry, especially not fit for the Silicon Valley atmosphere.
