      LM has the ability to obtain positions that are important and resonably well compensated.

      Self serving HR and Non-technical management enables corruption and abuse of authority in managers, as long as they are team players.

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
