      Avantages

      The work itself is very interesting so it is difficult to get bored. Employees are easy to get along with making teamwork enjoyable.

      Inconvénients

      Large company feel, sometimes leadership vision is lost on lower level employees who may not have received the message down the chain.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
