Inconvénients

Les attentes de la direction quant au travail qu'elle peut exiger de Group Fitness sont excessives. Vous êtes payé pour 1 heure mais devez être là pendant 1h30. 30 minutes non rémunérées pendant que vous nettoyez, comme pour laver les sols, etc., et renforcez les expériences des membres de la campagne. Vous n'obtenez pas d'augmentation. Donc, si vous espérez plus d’argent, vous devrez plaider pour l’obtenir. L'équipe se retrouve souvent sans direction. Les opérations sont un désastre. Ne pas répondre aux attentes. L’équipe Fitness tente de prendre le relais depuis plus d’un an. De nombreux membres ont tout à fait droit et peuvent se montrer agressifs et impolis.

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
