Avantages

Benefits are great. Co workers work together very well.

Inconvénients

Work life and personal life balance is horrible. As and adjuster, 10 and 12 hour days are common every single week. Older employees are not appreciated. Management does not recognize a job well done. We actually have paper files now. Haven't worked paper in 14 years. Too many user ids and passwords for the mutiple systems you have to work in to just get one claim handled.

Avantages

Highly competitive compensation, generous annual bonuses, and excellent bonuses such as 401(k) matching and annual credits, tuition reimbursement, childcare support, affordable healthcare, vision, dental, and additional unique benefits for all stages of life and discounts for fun things like shopping and products that may be of desire!

Inconvénients

It is a competitive place for high performers, but it is motivating and not intimidating in my opinion!

Avantages

Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

Inconvénients

They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
