      The people at the company are very smart so there is always someone to learn from. It also is a highly recognized company.

      Inconvénients

      You must work at the company for a few years before vacation days are added.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
