Avantages

Lower management cares about employees and tries to maintain a small company feel. Numerous positions within the organization so you may be able to transfer to another group to try something new.

Inconvénients

Automotive division is in flux with electronics being sold, visors & headliners being sold, and a joint venture happening soon for interiors. Many people are nervous about losing their job or the Holland facility closing. Although this can happen at any company, many people are anxious about not knowing the future of the Holland campus. Numerous levels of upper management with people or structure changing every 1 to 2 years. Company has a "large company" feel.

Too many softwares for the same function.

Avantages

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Inconvénients

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
