Avantages

Great company, great benefits, great pay - one of the best in the industry. Opportunities for advancement within the company. Many added incentives for employees.

Inconvénients

Many organizational changes and pay changes. They change their pay structure based on how well you are doing. If department employees are making too much, they change the pay structure so that it's harder to meet goals and you don't get paid. An example of this is they will require you to sell a certain amount of products or services from 3 different categories. If you're successful in that, they will change it again to your entire group has to perform this way. If your group performs, they change it again to higher, almost unattainable goals. They also have the ability to control the call queue so that if they want you out, they can send you poor calls. (This is not based on personal experience, I have seen it.)

Avantages

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Inconvénients

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
