      Avantages

      Intuit is in an exciting transition from selling software to providing connected solutions for customers. Intuit is in a change phase, actually adding new positions or transitioning positions to focus on strategic growth opportunities. The growth will be focused in several areas as Intuit tries to accelerate growth: create solutions for Social Networking that connect customers to assist other customers, create solutions that allow customers to use Mobil Solutions accessed on multiple systems or locations, and providing Global solutions to extend the offerings customers can select to solve their business needs.

      Inconvénients

      New people must be prepared for direction changes as Intuit aims for increased growth.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
