Avantages

In addition, Intuit is filled with great people who are fun to work with and great to learn from. Working here provides great satisfaction because we solve real problems that people have. There's no need to push our products, because they make every day tasks easier. Intuit also provide great facilities and perks, including a beautiful campus (multiple locations), opportunities for fun (pool tables, WII, ship trips), and top-of-the-line computers and other tools. Finally, Intuit cares about career development and provides opportunities to grow your career without leaving the company.

Inconvénients

Chronically understaffed in certain areas, commonly asked to squeeze blood from a stone. The workload for mid-level leaders (like architects and engineering managers) can be very high. Some acquisitions still act like stand alone companies without direct senior management intervention to force them to conform to Intuit standards and practices.

Avantages

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Inconvénients

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
