Avantages
Intuit is a decent place to work. It's hard for me to really say because I came from a start up to join the behemoth which is Intuit. There's a lot of bureaucracy, but that's to be expected at a company of Intuit's size. You can tell that they try to encourage the start-up feel: they have monthly socials at each campus, they encourage different targeted groups to plan events ... you can see the effort, but I don't feel these things are as effective as they imagine.
Inconvénients
Intuit is a large company. As with any large company, you sometimes struggle with getting help information you need, be that someone from HR vouching for your salary or any software that you might need. There are also the security precautions like having to regularly change your password and not choosing one that you've used in the past. Now, all these things are necessary, but annoying nonetheless. I'll admit, though, that I'm more cut out for smaller companies.
