Avantages
Flexible working hours.Free food, with no quality. Bus pass at subsidy.Every 6 month bonus pay out.
Inconvénients
No planning at work.All work is done adhoc basis. No quality work.Cloud work is done in USA only.People favorite to Management get promotion.a lot of micro management in some team which is irritating.Scope of work is not clear Dev do build work. 90% time goes for non productive work like build issue or issue not related with Developer. There is no growth for technical person here.
