      401k match, PTO allowance, somewhat competitive salary in the industry.

      Inconvénients

      Micro-management of responsibilities by upper management that recently have had less experience than you, due to "Diversity" initiatives. Very little opportunity for growth unless you know how to play the game. Meritocracy is not inherent at this company but optics, "team player" and brown-nosing is.
