Avantages
If you're in Louisville, KY, Humana must be on your short list. Overall, Humana has a generally good benefit package. I've worked with both some of the most brilliant and some of the most incompetent people in my career, often at the same time. Some areas within Humana are fantastic--likely, some of the best in the business. Just make sure you get into one of those areas of excellence.
Inconvénients
A very large organization with not very good coordination. A very large disconnect between VP and above and directors and below. Lack of accountability in some areas, especially at the mid-senior level. Unfortunately, incompetence is tolerated at some areas within the company.
