The company has grown via acquisition of small / medium-sized software companies over the years and this makes for a variety of operations under the same umbrella. With this comes an incredibly diverse workforce and I feel that your experience will vary depending on which business unit that you work within. For our business unit, the leadership is highly visionary, is not reliant on a particular technology but instead focuses on the law of the tool - the right tool for the job. From a technology perspective, this is an awesome opportunity to work with some of the latest and greatest technologies on the market. There is also great room to define what the environment that you work within truly looks like. Everyone has a voice in this company and feedback both up and down is strongly encouraged and welcomed. Inconvénients
Onboarding can be a bit bumpy as each location is not a rubber-stamp of the next so it's a very organic process. As the company has grown through acquisition, I've seen some of the newer acquisitions go through some growing pains as their leadership changes hands. In all cases, I've seen this to be a great thing. People that do not deal well with change tend to have a rougher ride than those that adapt well.
