      Avantages

      Some really great folks especially in Scottsdale. There's a great culture underneath with some of the long tenured people that have been there through the decades. They also have some great systems in place and in general they have a lot of resources.

      Inconvénients

      Very corporate and a lot of shuffling the decks. They seem to love moving people around and just when you are starting to get into a groove, you have a new boss.

      Avantages

      - super chill enviroment - great collegues - huge rock and roll culture - not super demanding depending on yearly projects - lots of fun activities year-round - great place to start your career; use it as a launchpad

      Inconvénients

      - poor leadership; truly, IDK where they get these leaders from - you wont get any help, expect to be thrown in the deep end - frontline workers complain a lot, makes it hard to implement things
