J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fender Musical Instruments (Los Angeles, CA) en juill. 2022
Entretien
I was told there would be a few rounds of interviews, but after the first 2 I was asked to complete an unpaid design project and schedule a presentation all as a test. The lack of upfront notice was frustrating, and this process was demanding too much of my time while I had a fulltime job so I withdrew my application.

My first interview went well — the conversation was engaging, and I felt there was a strong alignment between my skills and the role. I was told I would receive an email to reschedule for a second interview. Unfortunately, I never heard back, despite following up. The lack of communication was disappointing, as it left the process feeling incomplete and unprofessional. Clear and timely follow-up is an important part of candidate experience, and this ultimately impacted my impression of the company. Based on this, I would not apply for a role with them in the future.
