Inconvénients
Poor institutions within the company which causes employee health and mental health deteriorated, managers trashing employees because they can, a culture of impunity for management which means a superiority complex for the manager "class" which again created the cycle of bad culture if you just want to be left alone to do your professional job. Bad for innovation as well, management will push back every idea
