      Good product in terms of features and innovative. Smart and intelligent people. Benefits and pay are good.

      Inconvénients

      Expensive product, the Sales generally increase 20-40% on the actual cost. Poor middle management, I know people who have suffered from harassment and the victims were let-go instead of the harassers. Limited career growth.

      - great people - amazing product that sells itself once people get their hands on it - innovative company - decent ote and benefits

      Inconvénients

      - comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
