      Avantages

      - Salaire compétitif - Entreprise à très forte croissance - Des dirigeants C-Level visionnaires - Une ambiance agréable avec des gens bien plus intelligents que la moyenne - Un middle management technique globalement bienveillant

      Inconvénients

      - Le niveau du recrutement baisse d'année en année, avec des exigences en baisse - Le niveau technique du middle management technique plutôt faible, et manque cruellement de thought leadership pour donner envie aux équipes - Certaines fois, on peut se demander si les équipes sales/middle management sales comprennent vraiment ce qu'ils vendent - Pas assez de diversité homme/femme dans les équipes, notamment les équipes techniques

      - great people - amazing product that sells itself once people get their hands on it - innovative company - decent ote and benefits

      Inconvénients

      - comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
