      Avantages

      Incredible company building amazing products and taking the market by storm. Truly feels like a rocketship. Certainly a demanding role but you don't get to have a cushy coasting job while being on board such a growth engine.

      Inconvénients

      Only concern is how much things change as we grow, like culture and processes. Have worked in mega-tech and things get really slow at that threshold, hope we can fend that off for as long as possible

      Avantages

      - great people - amazing product that sells itself once people get their hands on it - innovative company - decent ote and benefits

      Inconvénients

      - comp plan this year for hunters is not aligned with company strategy of focusing on larger, multi-year commits. it incentivizes quantity of deals vs. quality of deals, and payouts on commit $$$ are peanuts.
