Poor communication, no care for those who understand the industry or artists. Zero benefits, the the whole industry needs to improve there. Unrealistic time frames, production and artists have the work load of several people, on top of that it seems that pay is paid well to mates. Lots of ex MPC managers with bad attitudes which is a shame as double negative was started to move away from that work flow that is full force and the reputation of what was an incredible place to work is in tatters.
