The upsides of working for such a global player are combined with being flexible and agile in what we do - impressive freedom to develop as a person both individually and professionally.
Inconvénients
As long as you know what you‘re getting yourself in to (no 9-5 job, but still fewer hours than with the big strategy consultancies) the only con is salary: Especially in lower and middle grades it’s rarely competitive and a „question taboue“.
