      Avantages

      - Kollegiales Miteinander - Sehr gute Führungskraft, die mich in der Entwicklung unterstützt hat - gute Auslastung in den Projekten - gute Kombi aus Projekteinsatz + internen Tätigkeiten - Onboarding mit 3 Tage Workshop in London (war damals aber Zufall und wird so nicht mehr durchgeführt soweit ich weiß) - Projektabhängige gute Work Life Balance. Bei langen Projekten kein Problem, bei kurzen eher strategischen Themen kanns auch intensiver werden.

      Inconvénients

      - fehlende Transparenz im Beförderungsprozess - keine Unterscheidung bei einzelnen Laufbahnen - kein kollegiales Miteinander mit anderen Mitarbeitern von Capgemini, der sogenannten "Gruppe"

      Avantages

      Great atmosphere from day to day employees/ coworkers Nice restrooms… Great break rooms, Free drinks and snacks, as this used to be a vending machine until it started costing money.. especially the Austin office. Great receptionist, she was amazing always made sure every employee felt welcomed and ready to work

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management, I mean seriously it’s a joke, you would think corporate America has been shaped slightly different but Jeesh, the Austin office is of two demographics, As this company is really only 2 demographics sadly that is what is pushed on the US side, aside from developers whom are wonderful from the UK house.
