      Avantages

      First contact professional. Nice atmosphere for testing and interviewing.

      Inconvénients

      Not enough communication, and no follow-up after completion of the assignment. You have to stay on top of constantly looking for openings and contacting them, instead of them recruiting you knowing you ability and skills.

      Avantages

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.
