Great teamwork ethic, we are all in it together, from the store manager to us humble drones :-)
Inconvénients
There are a few minor health and safety issues, van loading conditions, broken dollies and totes, and route planning sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. With the advent of the government bag tax, deliveries without bags take MUCH longer and the doorstep time given does not allow for this generally.
