      Avantages

      Leadership team is impeccable & support from upper leadership is fantastic. The culture is one of collaboration and celebration and it is palpable in the office. Earning potential is great as well as upward mobility and growth opportunities for every single employee! The company is growing at a rapid pace and everyone is focused on implementing processes to improve wherever we can.

      Inconvénients

      Sales is not for everyone, and this industry is driven by your ability to be held accountable for your "output"/ KPI's. However, the company does give you support to meet your targets. I see the "con" as a "pro" for me though, it means my earning potential is unlimited.

      Avantages

      I had such a warm welcome and have really enjoyed my first six months here. Colleagues that care about their job and work hard. Really fun environment. If you are willing to work hard and have a positive outlook you can have a lot of autonomy here instead of being micromanaged like some other agencies.

      Inconvénients

      No cons to speak of as a newbie
