      Good pay and benefits and nothing more

      Inconvénients

      Management sucks, they make unplanned and unrealistic decisions. Constantly restructuring and changing staffs job description with disregard to what your career goals are. Also they had 2 major lay offs in less than 3 years. Which always lead to Caicos because they have no plan to what to do without those employees and just burden existing ones with added work load

      Avantages

      Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
