Avantages
Procom is a fair and compassionate employer. Very considerate of the needs of its employees and generous. Procom is also very innovative and progressive in its development. It always looks for new technologies and processes to adopt and it puts an effort and resources into providing training and providing information. Procom is also more transparent than other agencies that I have come across. The workplace environment is laid back and relaxed enough, even for a sales and service focused company. People seem to care about each other. It's easy to build relationships with your co-workers.It's not perfect. But I believe that it's the best place that I could be right now.
Inconvénients
I feel that it's growing so fast sometimes. I'm afraid it might lose touch with what makes it a great place to be.
