Avantages

Benefits are good but not good enough to make you waste your life here

Inconvénients

They will tell you there's plenty of options for progression but it's simply not true, best to leave and re apply as an external for promotions, bonus scheme is appalling for all the work and effort you do. Upper management are led by KPI's that can only be described as positive discrimination. You will be promised everything under the sun and at the end of the day nothing is done and no one really cares as long as they get theirs.
