      Avantages

      I did my internship in nokia and then got converted as pull time employee. I will recommend you to work in nokia because of the great working environment. I have learned a lot in nokia.

      Salary offered is relatively less than the salary offered in market.

      Avantages

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Inconvénients

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
