      -Overall has competitive compensation with most of the industry, with above average 401K compensation for some employees. -Work life balance and good time off -Positive workplace culture

      Inconvénients

      -Moving up can be a challenge even as a high performer - New raise system is flat for everyone with little adders. Benefits workers who used to considered low performers and hurts high performers - Health care is very Average. All high deductible plans. - Not many options for other benefits such as housing, gyms, and discounts. Behind most of the industry

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
