      -Work life balance -vacation -Recently switched to 4x10 weeks (remotely, not sure how it’d be in office when you add commute and what not) -Up to 10% 401k match -500$ HSA per year -tuition reimbursement

      Inconvénients

      -Pay -Slow growth -can move up faster and get paid more elsewhere

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
