Management is unorganized and inefficient. Expectations for performance are beyond unrealistic. You can have higher ratings on your metrics you are evaluated on and sell more policies than employee's that are higher pay grades than you, but be terminated for not meeting the performance requirements set by management. This place is not for those who want to advance their careers. This is where one goes to be underpaid and constantly under stress of termination.
