Avantages
Structured agency, global big accounts, good visibility to expose your work, reasonable benefits (better than small PR agencies)
Inconvénients
Long hours, lot of pressure, work can be difficult depending on your line manager, takes a long time to be promoted, an ever-growing amount of tasks to do, "please clients no matter what" mindset which can be very tiring and frustrating on the longer term.
