People have strong work ethic. Company making great improvements to excel in industry. Very strong team and family-oriented environment. Company investing more money in pipeline and improving facilities. Everyone cares to do the right thing.

Inconvénients

Too big of a company to make simple changes quickly. Disconnect between management and floor staff. Not enough vacation compared to other companies in its industry.

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
