      Cheap Office Politics of Senior management and nor any kind of appreciation is given for the work we are doing neither the compensation or hikes are given.

      Avantages

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
