      Interesting technology and systems and challenging roles servicing and delivering to big telcos. Good team/colleagues. Good facilities. Good salary and perks.

      Inconvénients

      Tend to over commit to customers and as a result employees are expected to work long hours to deliver ambitious commitments. i.e. impact on work/life balance.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
