      Avantages

      1. Flexible timings if you are a developer. 2. Friendly, healthy and knowledge sharing environment. 3. Lot of different technologies to work upon... you can learn a lot.

      Inconvénients

      1. Bad increments. 2. Rare R&R. 3. Workload can be very much sometimes. 4. And if you are stuck with AT&T as client you can very well drop your dreams of going onsite for atleast 3 to 4 years.

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
