Avantages
Huge organization with an OK work-life balance if you are lucky. Good health benefits compared to the rest of the market in Cyprus. Provident fund is also a plus.
Inconvénients
The management is horrible, at least in RMCC, they won't let you grow. Sometimes they will stop you from growing if they feel that you are too good in what you do, so it's worth leaving you at the same position for years. No real learning opportunities. Technology used is proprietary so once out, you have no transferable skills earned.
