      Expertise in telecommunication BSS and OSS. Expert in CRM. Best salary in its domain. Best benefits and vacations. Best food.

      Inconvénients

      Not much technical work. Less process oriented, now working toward achieving CMM levels 4,5 Not so good in managing people.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
