      1. Amazing culture. 2. Awesome colleagues. 3. Great support from superiors from both professional as well as personal aspect. 4. Cool place to grow & become successful in career. 5. Best organization to work in telecom domain.

      Inconvénients

      1. Some units/projects need is not a place to be. 2. Few people at senior level might bother in individual growth. 3. Although a bit late in adapting new technologies, but at least it started.

      Avantages

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
