      People and peers are truly special and wonderful; hard working!

      Excessive bureacracy for every employee level, but worse the lower you go; complete lack of trust in empoyees

      Avantages

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
