      Exposure to a wide spectrum of hard technical problems with interesting technology which solves them. Also the team is good and committed.

      Inconvénients

      One should really stand out of the crowd in order to be promoted and promotions are usually rare.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
