      Avantages

      Nice and quiet office, good location (depending on where you live of course), great team-building events and corporate parties, basically a quite good working environment.

      Inconvénients

      modest salaries, sometimes lack of a good work-life balance, lack of home offices, at least for the team I was involved in

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
