Avantages
The only benefit working at Amdocs' Consulting Division are: 3 weeks vacation pay is good flexible work environments (working from home) bench time ability to move from one project to another...you don't feel stuck if you're unhappy on a project hot coworkers(consulting division)
Inconvénients
VERY Insraeli and Indian based workforce. Very hard to establish working relationships if you aren't Israeli or Indian. People who succeed are the ones who "flaunt" their stuff and kiss up to management. Performance Review Process is a joke. Instead of being reviewed by your DIRECT manager, instead your reviews are done by a "Career Counselor" who is based oftentimes, in another city. They have no real day to day input on how you're doing. Essentially each year at each site, there's a pow wow between the managers. It's pretty much the career counselors job to "pitch" your value to the review managers. If your career counselor sucks(which many are), or if you have a bad relationship with one of the other review managers, you're screwed.
