      Avantages

      Good Travel Opportunity even for freshers,but it depends on your luck. Good/Work Life balance. Free Breakfast+Evening snacks

      Inconvénients

      No Opportunity for Growth/Learning. Lots of Politics involved. Bias Behavior by Senior Management among employees(Happened with Me). People are not that knowledgeable ,innovative and informed.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
