      Great benefits They care more for their people than many employers Interesting work Great working culture and respect

      Inconvénients

      Pay is lower than comparable companies Work/Life balance - hidden expectation that your will work long hours Since Eli Gelman came onboard a few years ago, they care less for their people than they once did; now it is more about shareholder value than the people No internal promotion Most of the good people left for other companies They used to be an excellent company, but now, not so much

      Avantages

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
