      Avantages

      1. Pays good salary for fresher. Hike is performance based and that is too good. 2. Friendly environment to work . There is no bossing . Every employee has decision making power. 3. Dont stick to technology being used to implement the solution, new ways of doing things is always welcomed. 4. Breakfast is free and a very good quality lunch at minimal cost. 5. There are many onsite opportunities.

      Avantages

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Inconvénients

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
